Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments work for Love 518 Method courses and directory memberships. The price and payment terms displayed at checkout apply to your purchase.
Directory Membership Pricing
In Person Training Member
$9.99 per month or $99.90 per year.
Eligible graduates receive 2 free months. This rate applies to Love 518 Trained and Love 518 Certified providers who completed in person training.
Online Training Member
$19.99 per month or $199.90 per year.
Eligible graduates receive 1 free month. This rate applies to Love 518 Trained providers who completed online training.
Independent / Affiliate Member
$29.99 per month or $299.90 per year.
No free months are included.
Annual membership pricing is equal to approximately 10 monthly payments.
Free Months and First Payment
If you qualify for free months, your checkout page will show when your promotional period begins, when it ends, and when your first payment is due.
Unless you cancel before your first billing date, your selected monthly or annual membership will begin billing automatically.
Automatic Renewal
Directory memberships renew automatically each month or year, depending on the plan selected.
Your payment method will be charged at the applicable membership rate until you cancel.
How to Cancel
You may cancel through your account billing settings, if available, or by emailing hello@love518method.com. Please include the email address associated with your membership.
Cancel before your next billing date to avoid another renewal charge. Canceling stops future renewals only.
If you have already paid for a billing period, your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period.
You may cancel during your free promotional period before your first payment is due.
Courses and Other Purchases
Course prices and any available payment plans are displayed at checkout.
Purchasing a course does not automatically enroll you in a paid directory membership unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
Appointments and services booked with an independent Love 518 Method directory provider are subject to that provider’s individual payment, deposit, and cancellation policies.
No Refund Policy
All payments and purchases are final and nonrefundable.
Love 518 Method does not provide refunds for courses, training programs, directory memberships, annual memberships, monthly membership payments, digital products, or other purchases once payment has been processed.
Failure to use, access, attend, complete, or participate in a purchased course, training, membership, or service does not qualify for a refund.
Canceling a membership prevents future renewal charges but does not result in a refund or credit for payments already processed.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, please contact hello@love518method.com with your name, account email, charge date, and amount.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
