Love 518 LLC does not provide refunds for purchases, including but not limited to: Online courses Prerecorded courses Live virtual training In-person training Classes and educational programs Digital products or downloadable materials Memberships Directory listings or directory fees Registration fees Deposits Payment plan installments Promotional or introductory offers Missed classes or appointments Voluntary withdrawal from a course or program Failure to complete a course or program Failure to use purchased materials, services, or benefits Changes in personal circumstances, scheduling, travel, employment, finances, or availability By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the no-refund policy before submitting payment.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, no refund, partial refund, credit, or reimbursement will be issued.

Certain Love 518 Method programs or services may allow payment plans.

Payment for Love 518 Method courses or training provides access only to the specific program, materials, and benefits included with that purchase.

Enrollment does not guarantee: Certification unless all requirements are completed Employment Client bookings Business income Financial results Professional licensing Placement in the Love 518 Method Detangling Directory unless specifically included The inability or decision not to complete a program does not qualify the purchaser for a refund.

Fees paid for listings, memberships, enhanced placement, affiliations, or other paid features within the Love 518 Method Detangling Directory are non-refundable.

Applicable taxes may be added when required by law.
