Love 518 Method Effective date: September 28, 2026 Welcome to Love 518 Method. These Terms of Use apply to your use of our website, courses, provider directory, and membership features. By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What the Website Provides Love 518 Method provides information about detangling, educational courses, and a directory of detangling providers. Website content is for general education and does not replace an individual consultation or medical advice. Detangling results vary. We cannot promise that every mat can be removed or that cutting will never be necessary.
2. Accounts You must provide accurate information when creating an account or applying for a directory listing. Keep your login details private and contact us at hello@love518method.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Accounts for courses and provider memberships are intended for adults.
3. Courses and Training Status Course access is for the person who purchases or enrolls in the course. You may not share your login, record or redistribute lessons, or copy course materials for resale or teaching without written permission. Completing an eligible Love 518 course may qualify you for Love 518 Trained status. Love 518 Certified status requires additional service submissions and a successful skills review. An approved provider who has not completed Love 518 training may be listed as an Independent Detangler or Affiliate Member. Your profile must accurately display the status you have earned or been approved to use. Training does not guarantee certification, clients, income, or any particular business result. Providers remain responsible for following applicable professional requirements and using their own judgment with each client. Any examples of service prices or potential earnings are illustrative and are not promises of what a graduate will earn. The FTC advises businesses to substantiate earnings claims made in connection with training or business opportunities. Federal Trade Commission
4. Provider Directory Directory providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, availability, prices, booking terms, and services. Love 518 Method may review applications and listings, request corrections, or remove a listing that is inaccurate or violates these terms. A directory listing or badge identifies a provider’s stated relationship to Love 518 Method. It does not guarantee a particular service result. Clients should review a provider’s profile and discuss their needs, pricing, and service terms directly with that provider before booking.
5. Memberships and Payments Membership prices, billing frequency, included features, and any promotional free period will be shown at checkout. Directory memberships may be offered on monthly or annual plans and renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel your membership through your account’s available billing controls or by emailing hello@love518method.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid billing period unless the terms shown at checkout say otherwise. Any refund terms or exceptions will be disclosed at purchase. A free promotional period does not change the recurring price shown at checkout once that period ends.
6. Bookings and Outside Services Some provider profiles may link to an external booking or payment service. When you use an outside service, its own terms and privacy policy apply. Service appointments, deposits, cancellations, and payment arrangements should be confirmed with the provider offering the appointment.
7. Photos, Videos, and Other Submissions You may submit photos, videos, profile content, or other materials only if you have the right to share them. A parent or legal guardian must submit material concerning a child. You give Love 518 Method permission to use your submissions as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the requested service, administer training, review certification submissions, or display information you choose to place on a public directory profile. Public marketing or educational use of identifiable client images and stories requires separate permission. Do not submit material that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
8. Website Content and Trademarks The Love 518 Method name, course materials, text, graphics, badges, and other original website content belong to Love 518 Method or its licensors. You may use the website for your personal or authorized business purposes, but you may not reproduce, sell, or present its content or credentials as your own without written permission.
9. Acceptable Use You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape directory information, impersonate another person, misuse a Love 518 badge, or use the website to send unwanted marketing messages.
10. Website Availability and Responsibility We work to keep the website and its information accurate and available, but features may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Love 518 Method is not responsible for losses caused by website interruptions, inaccurate information supplied by users, or services independently provided by directory members. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms as the website and services develop. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
