The Platform may allow users to: Search for professionals who provide hair detangling or related services; Locate professionals who have completed certain Love 518 training programs; Locate professionals who may be affiliated with Love 518; Locate independent professionals who pay to advertise or maintain a listing in the Detangling Directory; Learn more about professional detangling services; Purchase prerecorded online courses; Enroll in live virtual or in-person training; Participate in Love 518 Academy educational programs; Access professional tools, resources, educational materials, and community features; Apply for or purchase professional directory listings; Learn about Love 518 services, products, events, and opportunities.

Different sections of the Platform may have additional policies, agreements, disclosures, or eligibility requirements.

PART I — DETANGLING DIRECTORY

The Love 518 Detangling Directory is designed to help individuals locate professionals who may provide hair detangling, matted-hair services, hair care, or related services.

Directory professionals may fall into different categories, including: Love 518 Trained Professionals These are professionals who have completed a designated Love 518 LLC training program or course.

Completion of Love 518 training means only that the individual completed the applicable Love 518 educational program.

It does not guarantee the professional's current skill level, experience, licensing status, insurance status, business practices, availability, pricing, conduct, or the results of any service.

Love 518 Affiliated Professionals Some professionals may have an ongoing professional, educational, promotional, referral, or other relationship with Love 518 LLC.

The specific nature of an affiliation may vary.

Independent or Paid Directory Listings Some professionals listed in the Directory may not have been trained by Love 518 LLC and may have no professional affiliation with Love 518 LLC other than purchasing or maintaining a directory listing.

A paid listing does not constitute certification, endorsement, employment, partnership, or guarantee by Love 518 LLC.

Where appropriate, Love 518 LLC may identify listings or relationships so users can better understand the nature of the professional's connection to Love 518.

Love 518 LLC provides the Detangling Directory as an informational resource.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Love 518 LLC does not: Employ directory professionals; Control their businesses; Set their service prices; Control their schedules; Supervise their work; Guarantee their availability; Guarantee their credentials; Guarantee that they maintain required licenses or insurance; Guarantee the quality or safety of their services; Guarantee any particular hair outcome; Guarantee preservation of a specific amount of hair; Guarantee that a service can be completed without cutting or removing hair; Guarantee statements made by an individual professional.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating a professional before booking or purchasing services.

Unless Love 518 LLC specifically states otherwise in writing, professionals appearing in the Detangling Directory are independent businesses or service providers.

A directory listing does not create an: Employer-employee relationship; Partnership; Joint venture; Agency relationship; Franchise; Legal representative relationship; or Independent contractor relationship with Love 518 LLC.

Directory professionals are independently responsible for their own services, businesses, taxes, licensing, insurance, client agreements, pricing, policies, conduct, safety procedures, and legal compliance.

Before hiring a professional found through the Directory, users are encouraged to conduct their own research and ask questions appropriate to their needs.

This may include verifying: Professional licensing where required; Training and experience; Insurance; Business location; Service pricing; Deposit and cancellation policies; Hair-care procedures; Experience handling severe matting; Experience working with children or clients with sensory sensitivities; References or reviews; Expected service duration; Policies regarding cutting or hair preservation.

Love 518 LLC is not responsible for a user's decision to hire, book, communicate with, pay, or receive services from a directory professional.

Unless payment is specifically processed by Love 518 LLC for a Love 518 service, any transaction between a user and a directory professional is solely between those parties.

Love 518 LLC is not responsible for: Deposits paid directly to a professional; Refund disputes; Cancellations; No-shows; Scheduling disputes; Pricing disagreements; Property loss; Personal injury; Hair loss or breakage; Allergic reactions; Service dissatisfaction; Misrepresentation by a professional; Conduct occurring at a professional's business location; Travel expenses related to an appointment; Any other dispute between a client and an independent directory professional.

Users should review each professional's individual policies before paying a deposit or booking an appointment.

Professionals submitting or maintaining a Directory listing agree that all information they provide must be accurate and current.

Professionals may not falsely claim to be: Certified by Love 518 LLC; Trained by Love 518 LLC; Affiliated with Love 518 LLC; Employed by Love 518 LLC; Personally trained by Love 518 LLC's founder; Authorized to teach the Love 518 Method; An instructor for Love 518 Academy; or An official representative of Love 518 LLC unless Love 518 LLC has expressly granted that status.

Love 518 LLC reserves the right to request supporting documentation and to approve, reject, suspend, modify, categorize, or remove listings at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate written listing agreement.

Certain professional directory listings may require one-time, monthly, annual, promotional, or other fees.

Payment for a listing purchases advertising or directory placement only unless additional benefits are expressly stated.

Payment does not guarantee: Client leads; Appointments; Revenue; Search position; Visibility; Website traffic; Referrals; Business growth; or Earnings.

Directory pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation policies, and benefits will be disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment.

PART II — LOVE 518 ACADEMY & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Love 518 Academy, operated by Love 518 LLC, provides professional education relating to hair detangling, matted-hair care, client management, business practices, techniques, tools, and related subjects.

Training may be provided through: Prerecorded courses; Online courses; Live virtual classes; Workshops; Demonstrations; In-person classes; Hands-on training; Professional resources; Digital downloads; Memberships; Coaching; Continuing education; Other Love 518 educational programs.

Course content may vary by program and enrollment level.

Completion of a Love 518 course does not automatically provide a state cosmetology license, professional license, government certification, or authorization to perform services where such licensing is required.

Students and professionals are responsible for determining and complying with the laws, licensing requirements, sanitation requirements, business regulations, and professional rules applicable in the city, state, province, territory, or country where they intend to practice.

Love 518 LLC does not provide legal advice regarding professional licensing.

Certain Love 518 programs may provide a certificate after successful completion of specified requirements.

A Love 518 certificate recognizes completion of the applicable Love 518 educational program.

A certificate does not: Replace a government-issued professional license; Guarantee competency in every detangling situation; Guarantee admission into the Love 518 Detangling Directory; Guarantee employment; Guarantee clients; Guarantee income; or Authorize a recipient to represent themselves as a Love 518 instructor or representative.

Love 518 LLC may establish separate requirements for Directory eligibility, advanced status, affiliation, instructor status, or other professional designations.

Love 518 LLC may provide examples, case studies, pricing information, business education, or discussions concerning potential income from professional detangling services.

Any earnings examples are educational examples only.

Individual results vary significantly.

Love 518 LLC does not guarantee that a student or professional will: Earn a particular amount of money; Recover the cost of a course; Attract clients; Build a successful business; Achieve viral social-media exposure; Obtain directory referrals; Generate particular revenue; Replicate the results of Love 518 LLC or any other professional.

Success depends on numerous factors outside Love 518 LLC's control, including skill, experience, market demand, location, pricing, business practices, marketing, client acquisition, licensing, competition, and individual effort.

Course access periods may vary by product.

The specific course description or checkout page will identify whether access is: Lifetime access; Limited-duration access; Subscription-based access; Cohort-based access; or Available only during specified dates. "Lifetime access," when offered, refers to access for as long as Love 518 LLC continues to operate and host that particular course on the applicable platform, subject to these Terms and any applicable laws.

Students may not: Share login credentials; Allow another person to access a purchased course; Record live classes without permission; Screen-record course material; Download unauthorized copies; Copy course videos; Reproduce training manuals; Resell course material; Upload training to another website; Distribute training in private groups; Repackage Love 518 training as their own; Teach Love 518 curriculum to others; Create competing courses using copied Love 518 materials; Sell or distribute Love 518 worksheets, manuals, methods, videos, photographs, templates, or training materials.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of course access without refund and may expose the individual to legal claims.

PART III — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform and its content may contain intellectual property owned by or licensed to Love 518 LLC.

This may include: Love 518; Love 518 Salon; Love 518 Academy; Love 518 Method; Love 518 Detangling Directory; Logos; Course names; Training systems; Educational frameworks; Videos; Photographs; Graphics; Written materials; Manuals; Worksheets; Forms; Checklists; Website copy; Course presentations; Techniques and instructional materials; Branding; Directory design and organization; Digital resources; Audio; Software; Downloads; Other original content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Love 518 LLC intellectual property to the user.

Access to the Platform gives users only the limited right to use applicable content for its intended personal or professional educational purpose.

Users, students, and professionals may not use the Love 518 name, logos, photographs, branding, course materials, trademarks, or other proprietary materials in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, ownership, employment, partnership, certification, endorsement, or authorization by Love 518 LLC.

Any permission granted to use Love 518 branding may be revoked in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

PART IV — WEBSITE USERS & ACCOUNTS

Love 518 LLC may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Platform may allow users or professionals to submit information including: Business descriptions; Professional photographs; Logos; Reviews; Testimonials; Profile information; Videos; Comments; Service descriptions; Social-media links.

You represent that you have the legal right to submit content you provide.

By submitting content for publication on the Platform, you grant Love 518 LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform and Directory.

You retain ownership of your original content.

Reviews and testimonials may reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same result.

Love 518 LLC may establish moderation guidelines and may remove content that is fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, irrelevant, deceptive, spam, or otherwise violates Platform rules or applicable law.

LOVE 518 LLC DOES NOT MAKE WARRANTIES REGARDING PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULTS, CLIENT RESULTS, PROFESSIONAL RESULTS, HAIR RESULTS, EARNINGS, DIRECTORY LEADS, COURSE OUTCOMES, OR PLATFORM AVAILABILITY EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOVE 518 LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

LOVE 518 LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONALS FOUND THROUGH THE DIRECTORY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, users and professional members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love 518 LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from: Their violation of these Terms; Their unlawful use of the Platform; Content they submit; Their infringement of another person's rights; Services independently performed by a listed professional; False or misleading statements submitted for a directory listing.

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

PART IX — PLATFORM MANAGEMENT

Love 518 LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for reasons including: Fraud; Nonpayment; Intellectual property violations; Sharing course access; False professional credentials; Misuse of Love 518 branding; Threatening or abusive conduct; Platform security violations; Material violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate, Love 518 LLC may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation.

Love 518 LLC reserves the right to investigate complaints and remove or suspend a professional listing when Love 518 LLC reasonably believes action is necessary to protect users, the integrity of the Platform, or the Love 518 brand.

Removal from the Directory does not necessarily constitute a legal finding of wrongdoing.

Love 518 LLC may add, modify, reorganize, or discontinue Platform features, programs, categories, course offerings, directory features, or membership benefits.

Any changes affecting existing paid purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable purchase terms and law.

PART X — LEGAL TERMS

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's laws are legally required to apply.

To the extent legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Broward County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Completion of a Love 518 program does not replace any cosmetology, barbering, specialty, business, or other professional license that may be required by local or state law.
